Genuine gemstone and 925 sterling silver
Buying jewelry online can sometimes be risky and tricky, it is quite important to know if it is genuine or synthetic gemstones (created by the laboratory), and how to identify the real or fake sterling silver.
The common way to identify sterling silver is to search for a 925 stamp or mark, normally called ‘hallmark’. Also, the real 925 sterling silver will not attract to magnet and change color when testing with nitric acid. We are using only real 925 sterling silver for all of our silver jewelry.
However, the gemstone is quite harder to spot from the photo. If you are not a professional and planning to buy the real expensive gemstone, we would recommend buying the one which provide a certification from the reputable gemstone laboratories. We also provide the certification if needed, however, there will be an additional cost for testing charged by the labs.

We offer a standard trackable airmail cost $8.99 for a single item and $1 on each additional item.For example, if you combine 2 orders, there will be $9.99 for a delivery fee.
As we are far away from you, general shipping from Thailand to overseas typically takes 15-25 business days. At extremely busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, long public holidays or natural disaster issues, some parcels may be subject to delays. We kindly ask our customers to be patient.
If you are in rush to get your order, we would recommend FedEx delivery. They are faster and safer. The order estimates to arrive within 2-10 business days (depending on the destination). The cost will be calculated by the courier starting from $30 with no extra charge from us.
An overall order total cost over $500 will be automatically upgraded to FedEx delivery.

How to return an item?
We accept the return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please return the item(s) to us in the original condition (no signs of wear on jewelry) within 30 days of receiving. However, this does not apply to any piercing jewelry such as earrings due to hygienic reasons unless faulty.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge.
The refund will be issued after the item(s) return to us in the original condition.
